Social media tools such as teams have helped media professionals to collaborate as it allows instant communication between two parties, and due to help of globalisation this on demand communication can happen globally. Editable documents are also instantly sharable across group teams and private messaging channels, allowing people to get quick feedback on work.
Online, sharable documents such as google docs, slides and sheets allow multiple individuals to work on the same document in real time and allows people to see changes made in real time. Gmail’s sharable documents aids collaboration as it minimises the time spent sending documents back and forth and waiting for approval, as everything can be seen instantly from any computer as long as it’s signed in on the same google/Gmail account.
